MAJOR FUNCTION

The Compliance Specialist supports the Corporate Compliance Program by assisting in the development, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of compliance activities across Inspira Health. This role works collaboratively with the Compliance team, operational leaders, and other stakeholders to promote adherence to applicable laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards. The Compliance Specialist plays a key role in compliance education, investigations support, monitoring and auditing activities, and issue resolution, helping to foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and patient safety. This position also supports continuous program improvement through data , education, training, and support functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

Associate's degree required or five years of compliance experience with the CHC. Bachelor's degree in healthcare or compliance related field preferred Familiar with standard compliance program concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a healthcare compliance role highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work on tasks where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. Ability to analyze compliance data, identify trends and root causes, and translate findings into actionable risk mitigation strategies. Strong compliance education and presentation skills, including development of training materials and delivery of clear, audience-appropriate compliance messaging. Proven ability to manage multiple compliance activities concurrently, prioritize workload, and meet regulatory and organizational deadlines. High level of computer literacy with command of office software including Outlook, Excel, Word and Artificial Intelligence tools. Ability to function as a part of a team and collaborate to accomplish larger goals. Must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Experience with navigating electronic medical records is highly desirable.

Certification/ Licensure:
