Permit Coordinator Looking to grow your career in a fast‑paced administrative and operations role? Bruni & Campisi has an exciting opening for a Permit Coordinator ! We're seeking someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting teams and customers through excellent coordination and communication. If you're eager to make a positive impact, support a growing operations team, and build a stable, rewarding career with a company that truly values your success, this is the opportunity for you! _____________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities Submit permit applications to municipalities for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work Coordinate and schedule job site inspections with the appropriate authorities Maintain communication with municipalities, customers, and internal teams regarding permit status Track permits from submission through approval, inspection, and final closeout Ensure proper documentation, completion, and closeout of all permitted work Maintain accurate records, logs, and files related to permits and inspections Assist with any additional administrative tasks related to compliance and permitting Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with colleagues, customers, and third‑party agencies Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Valid driver's license
