Behavioral Health & Clinical Compliance Location:
New York, NY Contract Duration:
9Weeks Schedule:
Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Management Coordinator to support behavioral health nursing quality initiatives, clinical auditing, and regulatory compliance activities within a healthcare setting. This role focuses on reviewing clinical documentation, analyzing audit findings, preparing quality reports, and supporting nursing leadership and risk management operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare quality management, behavioral health compliance, clinical auditing, andEPIC EMR
systems. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze monthly audit reports across behavioral health and clinical units Monitor compliance and documentation related to: Mock codes Nursing assignments Hand hygiene compliance 1:1 observation monitoring Q15 safety checks Observation and restraint documentation Patient identifiers and compliance measures Prepare monthly quality and compliance reports for nursing leadership, quality management, and risk management teams Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement Support audit readiness, quality assurance initiatives, and regulatory compliance efforts Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain documentation standards and operational compliance UtilizeEPIC EMR
systems for clinical documentation review and reporting analysis Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred Minimum 3 years of healthcare quality management, auditing, or compliance experience Experience with: Clinical documentation review Quality reporting and compliance tracking Behavioral health documentation standards Risk management supportEPIC EMR
