Compliance Analyst Advanced (>6 years)

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Analyst with over six years of expertise to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role is focused on ensuring adherence to government regulations and compliance standards within the financial services industry. As a long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational risk management and control testing activities while collaborating with various business units.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee compliance and operational risk-related control testing activities across different business units.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and artifacts related to regulatory compliance.
• Apply analytical skills and industry knowledge to develop and execute testing plans.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures and practices within the financial services and banking sectors.
• Collaborate with managers and supervisors to optimize compliance strategies and processes.
• Lead and guide team members in completing compliance-related tasks.
• Utilize creativity and judgment to address unique challenges and achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on compliance testing outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct AB testing and manage document handling activities such as photocopying and scanning.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to maintain effective compliance practices.
