Oklahoma City, OK Job Details 5 hours ago Qualifications Productivity software Full Job Description Jasco is looking for a Process & Compliance Administrator that is responsible for driving regulatory compliance initiatives with an engineering focus across the organization. This role develops, implements, and continuously improves processes to support evolving compliance requirements and ensure timely, effective execution of compliance activities across U.S., Canadian, and global markets. The position works cross-functionally with engineering, sourcing, quality, product management, and leadership teams to support compliance readiness, documentation, and reporting. Compliance Management & Monitoring Tracks and maintains awareness of U.S. federal, state and Canadian regulatory requirements, including but not limited to
CPSC, DOE, FCC, PFAS
regulations, battery EPR laws, chemical restrictions and reporting requirements, etc. Develops knowledge of global compliance requirements, including customer-specific and international certification needs. Assesses the impact of new and changing regulations on current and future products. Process Development & Continuous Improvement Develops, documents, and implements engineering compliance processes to support evolving regulatory requirements. Evaluates existing engineering and compliance processes and recommends improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, standardization and scalability. Project & Cross-Functional Leadership Gathers compliance requirements, translates them into actionable project plans and communicates project status, risks, deadlines, and next steps to appropriate stakeholders. Drives accountability to meet regulatory, customer, and internal compliance deadlines. Coordinates activities required for customer-specific compliance programs, including Walmart CTL, Costco requirements, Amazon compliance requests, and similar programs. Coordinates recurring engineering, compliance, and leadership meetings, including scheduling, agendas, meeting materials, action items, and follow-up activities. Assists management with preparing project reviews, executive summaries, presentations, briefing materials, and status reports. Supports coordination and communication between engineering leadership and internal departments to help maintain alignment on priorities and deadlines. Supplier & Product Compliance Execution Supports and manages supplier compliance programs, including chemical disclosures, certifications, and testing requirements. Coordinates compliance-related testing, documentation and oversees implementation of compliance requirements such as CPSC e-filing, CPC/GCC documentation, chemical compliance, battery regulations, stewardship programs, energy efficiency requirements, and labeling requirements. Reporting & Communication Develops automated reporting, tracking systems, and metrics to improve compliance visibility and accountability to track and report compliance status, risks, upcoming requirements, and key deadlines to leadership through dashboards and reporting systems. Communicates compliance risks and mitigation strategies clearly across teams. Prepares management reports, presentations, dashboards, and communications to support leadership reviews and decision-making. Maintains meeting records, leadership materials, and compliance documentation. Assists management with conference registrations, travel coordination, and related scheduling or administrative activities as needed. Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of one year of experience in project coordination, compliance, engineering support, quality operations, supply chain, regulatory affairs, administrative support, or a similar function. Minimum of two years PC experience in Microsoft Office Software is required with an intermediate to advanced skill level on Excel software. Ability to prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and management communications. Familiarity with standards and regulations such as UL, FCC, CPSC, DOE, TSCA, PFAS, and related requirements is preferred. Experience working with global compliance programs or major retailers such as Walmart, Costco, and Amazon is preferred. Experience with data analytics, reporting, and process automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or similar tools is preferred.
