Job Description

The Compliance/ Supervision Assistant will work closely with Paulson's Supervision and Compliance Departments in the supervision of the investment activity of the firm's registered representatives. The Compliance/ Supervision Assistant role is ideal for candidates that have limited industry experience. In this role you will support Compliance and Supervision Principals and assist the Firm in maintaining strong compliance standards and managing supervisory risk. Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide cross-functional support to the Compliance and Supervision team members.
  • Perform Compliance and Supervision projects and tasks as assigned. Required Skills/Experience
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and investment products, and ability and willingness to expand knowledge, including Firm policies and industry regulations.
  • Series 7 license is preferred, and ability to obtain the Series 14 license within 3 months, and the Series 24 license within 6 months.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with sound judgement.
