Work Ready provides services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who are in need of specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency. This role, located in our Center City Philadelphia office offers flexibility and a hybrid environment. This position is full time, 35 hours per week. Job duties for this position will include: Monitoring participants' participation. Generate and review reports to track participant's weekly hours to determine program compliance. Compile and submit documentation to the Team to ensure documents are not missing. Assist in monthly reconciliation of participant data to ensure accuracy in the databases. Review on-going case notes to provide direction on clinical intervention and/or content. Troubleshoot problems and propose solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred and 3 years in data entry, quality assurance, or compliance. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
