Baierl Acura of Wexford is seeking high-performing Compliance Administrators to join our team! We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic Compliance Administrators to join our finance team! Baierl Acura is part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States! We're looking for self-motivated and career driven administrative professionals who will thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment to join our team. What Will I Be Doing? Ensure financing for customers; by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available for our customers. Submit deals to bank electronically using appropriate dealer system. Enter transactions accurately into CDK and bank approval systems. Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state specific DMV and lender requirements. Track deal receivables and follow-up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding. Performs related clerical duties, maintains filing and record systems, completes reports and answers customer concerns. Obtain all appropriate licensing within 90 days from date of hire. Who Are We Looking For? Automotive Experience, preferred but not required. Ability to effectively communicate with others. Ability to demonstrate time management. Mathematics - ability to solve math calculations. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet. Acceptable driving record and a valid Drivers License in your state of residence.
