This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible forpletingplexpliance tasks related to transaction monitoring (TM) and subsequent Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) escalations. regulations, and may train newer hires. The position requires strong analytical skills and functional knowledge of banking regulations.

Responsibilities:

Completeplexpliance tasks (alerts) related to transaction monitoring (TM) and subsequent Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) escalations Perform activities as required forplex one-level review processes in accordance with departmental standards Create narratives and documentation for alerted transactions and SARs Implement appropriate changes to procedures based on new regulations and updates to the Policy and Procedure manuals Keep abreast of Anti Money Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act/Office of Foreign Assets Control (AML/BSA/OFAC) regulations Collaborate with team leads to ensure quality andpliance for implementation of new processes Participate in other tasks that may be required by thepany, including Business Continuity efforts Provide training to newer hires Escalate highlyplex issues to next level management

Requirements:

BA/BS Degree or equivalent BSA/AML work experience Functional-level knowledge of legal aspects and record keeping requirements of banking regulations relating to transaction surveillance (especially AML, BSA and OFAC) Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbalmunication skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong sense of urgency and accountability; ability to execute in a high pressure and time-sensitive environment Strong attention to detail and demonstrated quality of work Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Desired skills: Post Graduate Degree, CAMS, CFE Pay rate range up to: $61.03 per Hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
