Job Description

Position Summary GMG EnviroSafe provides EPA and OSHA compliance expertise and personal support to the automotive and manufacturing industries across the country. The Compliance Coordinator of GMG EnviroSafe is responsible for maintaining the relationship with the client's facility while managing its risk of employee injury, environmental pollution, and regulatory agency citation because of non-compliance. Essential Functions Act as the primary contact and representative of GMG EnviroSafe with an assigned group of customers in a defined territory. Collaborate with our internal research team to stay informed on compliance requirements specific to assigned customers. Conduct assessments of customer's facilities to identify areas of non-compliance. Compile and distribute completed assessment forms to our internal customer care staff and assigned customers. Conduct 1 hour long annual training classes with employees of assigned customers. Maintain the assigned customer's compliance progress checklist throughout the relationship, identify outstanding items, and assist the customer to complete. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to work from home:
functional laptop, high-speed internet connection, and autonomous time management. Ability to travel up to 70% of the time ranging from local day trips to week long out-of-state trips.
Great communicator:
clear, direct, and accessible. Comfortable listening, providing feedback, and reporting progress and results to leadership. Meticulous attention to detail. Experience working with environmental, health, and safety teams or initiatives a plus. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
