HealthTech is a rapidly growing healthcare organization focused on delivering high-quality care through Chronic Care Management (CCM) , Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) , and Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) programs. We partner with long-term care facilities to provide scalable, compliant, and patient-centered solutions. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to oversee and strengthen our regulatory compliance across all programs. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to CMS guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and payer requirements , while supporting operational teams in maintaining accurate documentation and audit readiness. You will work closely with leadership, clinical teams, billing, and operations to ensure that all services are delivered in a compliant, efficient, and scalable manner. Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Compliance & Oversight Ensure compliance with CMS requirements for CCM, RPM, and BHI services Monitor adherence to HIPAA and patient privacy regulations Stay current on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates Auditing & Quality Assurance Conduct routine internal audits of documentation, billing, and workflows Identify compliance risks and implement corrective action plans Maintain audit readiness for external reviews and payer audits Policy & Process Development Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies, SOPs, and training materials Standardize documentation and workflow processes across teams Support implementation of compliance-focused systems and tools Training & Education Train staff on compliance requirements, documentation standards, and best practices Provide ongoing education to clinical and operational teams Support onboarding compliance training for new hires Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with billing, clinical leadership, and operations teams Address compliance issues and resolve documentation gaps Serve as the internal point of contact for compliance-related questions Qualifications Experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, or auditing Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines (CCM, RPM, BHI preferred) Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory frameworks Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Strong communication and ability to train teams effectively Experience working with EHR systems and healthcare documentationPay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:
