Compliance Risk Analyst -
Mid-Level Location:
Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to evaluate and assess AI and analytics solutions, ensuring they are designed and deployed responsibly in alignment with organizational, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Our team focuses on strengthening AI governance frameworks, managing risk intake and assessments, and supporting delivery of trustworthy AI solutions across the business.
Responsibilities:
Analyze AI use cases and guide them through intake, review, assessment, socialization, and closure workflows. Maintain inventories of AI systems, models, datasets, and third-party tools, including risk tiers and approval statuses. Lead risk assessments, highlight associated risks, and communicate findings to business owners to support responsive action. Produce executive dashboards and reports; facilitate ongoing monitoring and incident response processes for AI systems.
Required:
5-8 years of governance or risk management experience. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk/Compliance) or equivalent experience. Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including data pipelines, model lifecycle, performance monitoring, bias, and explainability. Experience operationalizing governance processes such as intake, control testing, evidence collection, and reporting.
