We have seen continued growth year over year and are excited to expand our team! Role Description The Compliance Specialist assists with all legal and compliance matters for North American Auto Care. The person in this role will perform various duties and tasks that support senior management, and departments across the Company, such as conducting relevant research, drafting documents, creating and updating spreadsheets and service contracts, statute/regulation interpretation, and directly assisting the Compliance Manager with matters related to litigation/arbitration and product development. This role requires a high degree of professionalism in all interactions and communications with team members, all levels of management and departments across the Company, external vendors, insurers, and regulators. The Compliance Specialist will, from time to time, become privy to information that is privileged, confidential and/or proprietary; accordingly, maintaining strict confidentiality of such documents and information is critical to this role. Ideal Qualifications Previous Experience with Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) compliance Ability to work independently Familiarity with State Filing guidelines for Automotive F&I Products This position is open to a hybrid work schedule.
