  • Remote Full-Time Position Hiring for the following shift: Tuesday to
Friday:

10:00pm to 8:00am Training schedule: Monday to Friday

  • 9 am to 5 pm (first few weeks) Key Qualifications High school Diploma is required, post-secondary education preferred Experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing shipments is an asset Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products An eye for detail is critical for success in the role A proactive problem solving mindset
Description of Role:

As an Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including US Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international imports are cleared for entry into US. Use multiple computer programs, to input required information into our database Communicate with clients, and transportation carriers via email and phone Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies Why you'll love it at Willson Work-from-home environment, with a home internet reimbursement 3 weeks paid vacation for all new hires 401K program We care about your loved ones too
