compliance for Commercial Class A driver operations. Manage and support a team of 2 Driver Processors . Review Driver Qualification Files (DQ Files), MVRs, Background Checks, Drug Screens, Clearinghouse queries, Medical Certificates, and driver eligibility. Maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, company, and insurance requirements. Prepare for DOT audits and maintain audit-ready compliance records. Monitor expiring compliance documents and ensure timely follow-up. Utilize Tenstreet, GeoTab, Lytx, Microsoft 365, Backgrounds Online, OpenForce and Excel to manage compliance and reporting. Partner with Recruiting, Operations, Safety, and Transportation teams to ensure timely driver qualification and compliance. Qualifications 2+ years of
