Job Description

Fraud Analyst/Admin Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Analyst/Admin to join their Fraud Control Department. In this role, you will investigate suspicious activity, identify fraud trends, and perform key administrative functions that support the team's daily operations — all within a collaborative, innovative environment dedicated to enhancing lives and driving the future of mobility.
Fraud Analyst/Admin Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and clear suspicious activity and fraud alerts on a daily basis Determine whether customers claiming identity theft are genuine victims or attempting to breach vehicle/payment obligations Review claims and make dispositions regarding fraud or credit washing attempts Coordinate with Law Enforcement to support vehicle recovery efforts for stolen organizational vehicles Conduct fraud investigations, SSN updates, skip tracing, collections, and recovery Perform administrative tasks including creating team investigations, daily fraud reporting, managing the general fraud email inbox, and processing physical and electronic mail Provide ad hoc reporting as needed Assist in identifying current fraud trends and fraud rings Support special projects as assigned by
