This role will be conducted in a hybrid remote work format , with the individual splitting their time between our offices in either Nashua, NH, or Austin, TX , and remotely from an alternate work place. As an International Trade Compliance Import/Export Analyst , you will work with customers to shape and close international business opportunities in concert with internal objectives. Job function includes the following responsibilities: Individual has knowledge of the current Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Individual provides assistance to the International Trade Compliance Department to ensure Company's export related policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with U.S. Export laws and regulations. Prepares export documentation such as export license applications and technical assistance agreements for review by the Export Compliance Manager. Coordinates with program personnel to review provisos on licenses and agreements to ensure business and customer requirements can be met by the license or agreement. Approves foreign travel and foreign visitors. Participates in the investigation of any aspect of proposed export or temporary export by the Company to verify the legality of any transactions and the accuracy of the information to be submitted. Participates in the development and presentation of export related training materials. Provides BAE Systems and/or government agencies with any required assistance or information needed during the review of license application. Maintains export related record keeping functions for the Company as required by law. Participates in conducting internal compliance audits on a periodic basis. Maintains export licensing records in EMS and/or other databases used for storing and tracking BAE Systems export licensing history and other reviews/approvals. When requested, prepares and distributes periodic reports on licensing status for use by Company personnel. Applicant must be detail oriented, have good writing skills, and have good organization/communication skills. Position to include air travel to various export conferences and required training. Required Education, Experience, & Skills 4+ Years with High School diploma; 2+ Years with Associate's degree; or 0+ Year with Bachelor's degree. Ability to utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate report and documents. Ability to make decisions using sound judgement while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$56401 - $95881 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
