Job Description
Institutional Research and Compliance Analyst (Remote/Hybrid) Lebanon Valley College seeks an institutional research and compliance analyst. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Institutional Research and Registrar, the institutional research and compliance analyst contributes to the development and execution of all phases of institutional research projects, including design, implementation, analysis, visualization, and report preparation. The research analyst will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and the reporting of official institutional data to both external and internal constituencies and for providing data, analysis, and recommendations to support institutional effectiveness. The research analyst also supports the administration and interpretation of standardized surveys as well as campus surveys, including graduate follow-up surveys and other ad hoc surveys used to support the College mission. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, educational research, social sciences, computer science, or a related analytical discipline required, master's degree preferred and minimum of two years' professional experience in data analytics or research, with prior higher education experience preferred.
