- About the role:
- The Product Pay & Tax Compliance Analyst helps to ensure our payroll software stays ahead of ever-evolving federal, state, and local regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deep-dive into US payroll tax updates and regulations within your assigned zone
- Stay on top of the latest changes: Track daily updates on compliance mandates and identify any adjustments needed for W-4 forms, W-2 reports, tax calculations, and wage attachment regulations
- Bridge the gap: Analyze and summarize identified changes, creating comprehensive documentation for our product and development teams to incorporate into UKG's payroll products.
- Act as a trusted advisor and liaison, collaborating closely with the EPIC Product Team
- Share your knowledge: Train and educate stakeholders on the impact of regulatory changes.
- Effectively communicate complex compliance requirements to both internal and external stakeholders, answering questions and providing timely, accurate information.
- Required Q
- ualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll compliance or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and research databases.
