Job Summary:

This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance by analyzing customer complaints and identifying trends to drive process improvements. The analyst will oversee error resolution, monitor compliance metrics, and provide advisory support for retail products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of consumer protection laws and be adept at enhancing monitoring programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Track, analyze, and report on customer complaints to ensure regulatory compliance. Oversee error resolution processes, ensuring adherence to EFTA and other relevant regulations. Design and enhance compliance monitoring programs based on evolving business and regulatory needs. Provide compliance advisory support for retail products. Document and escalate critical compliance errors for remediation.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong understanding of consumer compliance regulations (e.g., EFTA). Analytical skills to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Proven experience in building and enhancing compliance monitoring programs.
