Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform user access reviews and manage privileged access within Oracle ERP Fusion Monitor, investigate, and resolve security and compliance alerts using Risk Management Cloud (RMC) Track incidents end-to-end, including intake, escalation, resolution, and reporting Support audit readiness efforts and collaborate with auditors on compliance requirements Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment on security controls and execution Gather, document, and refine business requirements; identify process improvements Develop and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios for system updates Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation (SOPs, process guides, audit artifacts) Drive coordination across stakeholders, meetings, and action items Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardization, and AI tools

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in Finance Technology, ERP security, or related field Strong experience with Oracle ERP Fusion security (roles, privileges, data access) Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) Solid understanding of ICFR and compliance frameworks Experience with user access management, risk monitoring, and incident handling Ability to work across Finance, Procurement, and HR ERP modules Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills Proven ability to coordinate across stakeholders and drive deliverables to completion Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay rate for this position is between $40.00 and $49.74 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
