Specific areas of responsibility:
The Senior Compliance Analyst will be a member of the Shared Services Law & Compliance team, supporting the Information Lifecycle Management (ILM)/Data Retention program. Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Consulting with business areas on ILM/Retention related questions, including questions about data retention, disposition, decommission, de-identification and deletion requirements Creating and maintaining policies, procedures, schedules, and guidelines Monitoring for changes to laws and regulations specific to data retention, disposition, de-identification, and deletion Conducting control testing, responding to internal audit requests, and responding to regulatory requests as applicable Managing the offsite storage and onsite shredding processes and vendors Reviewing and updating employee training specific to ILM/Retention Required Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree or significantly relevant and substantial work experience. 3-10 years of directly related experience. In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
