Respond to contractor requests for assignment of SCA wage determinations.
Review contractor work order reports and provide recommendations to the federal contracting officers.
Assist contractor personnel in resolving uncertainties related to proper classification of work.
Examine weekly payroll submissions for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Review construction craft worker payrolls for statutory compliance, correct compensation amounts, and monitor overtime usage.
By using field observations, conduct labor checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide any Department of Labor comments to SRFO for resolution. Develop and maintain a contractor labor relations file plan. Prepare and maintain records. While we will consider education at a High School diploma or GED, you must meet certain experience and clearance level expectations: Experience identifying standards and requirements; compliance oversight and identifying and documenting systemic issues is required.
Experience in a field requiring knowledge of Federal labor standards, administration, laws, and regulations.
Experience in administering Federal policies and procedures as they relate to labor standards, enforcement, and compliance is optimal.
Must be able to qualify for an Active Q Security Clearance and maintain the clearance requirement.
Must obtain and maintain Radiological Worker I certification.
Ability to create professional quality correspondence, documents, and reports including formatting and content.
Ability to maintain databases, and the ability to speak effectively to individuals in person, on the telephone, or via e-mail.
Must be skilled in interviewing and conducting internal investigations.
Must be proficient in Internet based systems.
Must be proficient in the use of office equipment, including computers, scanners, fax, and copiers.

within the Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration, Savannah River Field Office in Aiken, SC. You will work on site to offer compliance support to the Contractor Industrial Relations Team. To do this, you must be at an expert level in contract adherence to regulatory requirements for Davis Bacon Act (DBA) contracts and Service Contract Act (SCA) contracts. You will aid in response to requests on related issues, conduct labor checks, review payroll submittals and more.
