This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with retirement plan administration, financial services, or benefits processing experience who enjoys working with complex transactions, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional client service. What You'll Do Process retirement plan distributions, loans, transfers, and withdrawals accurately and within established service levels Review participant and plan data to determine eligibility for withdrawals and distributions Analyze and process various distribution types while ensuring compliance with plan rules and regulatory requirements Communicate with internal departments to obtain required information and resolve processing issues Maintain accurate distribution logs, records, and CRM documentation Generate and review reports related to retirement plan distributions and participant activity Create and administer participant loan transactions Evaluate hardship withdrawal requests and determine eligibility based on plan guidelines Generate and monitor Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) reports Verify and update participant demographic information as needed Stay current on retirement plan regulations and industry requirements Participate in training programs and assist with testing during system upgrades and enhancements Support operational excellence through accurate recordkeeping and process compliance What You'll Need Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience Experience in retirement plan administration, financial services, benefits administration, or transaction processing preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining detailed records Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail Ability to interpret and apply retirement plan rules and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members #IND1
