This position plays a key role in supporting compliance, fraud prevention, and operational risk management while delivering exceptional service to our members. What You'll Do Provide exceptional member service by phone, email, online banking, text, social media, and in person. Investigate fraud alerts, transaction exceptions, and operational discrepancies. Support the Credit Union's IRA program. Maintain BSA/AML, OFAC, FinCEN, and related compliance documentation. Prepare Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and support Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) investigations. Conduct OFAC screenings and review accounts for CIP, CDD, and Beneficial Ownership compliance. Assist with regulatory examinations, internal audits, vendor management, and loan reviews. Recommend process improvements that strengthen internal controls and support regulatory compliance. Support policy and procedure updates, regulatory disclosures, and compliance training. What We're Looking For Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to exceptional member service. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Three or more years of credit union or financial institution experience preferred. Experience in compliance, fraud prevention, payments, operational risk, or electronic banking preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to protect confidential information, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
