PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors while carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location. Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue and retrieve visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns. Communicate professionally with healthcare staff and applicable emergency responders, reporting unusual activity, policy violations, and security-related incidents to Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
At this site, there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
