Job Summary:
We are seeking professionals to play a critical role in strengthening access risk controls within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. Our team works to ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and a strong security posture by implementing and monitoring Segregation of Duties (SoD) measures.
Responsibilities:
Execute daily Segregation of Duties scans to identify and address potential access violations within the organization. Monitor, triage, and investigate SoD violations, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as necessary. Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to validate and remediate access conflicts in alignment with policy. Build, configure, and maintain toxic access combination rules using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
Required:
Experience working with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) or similar platforms, specifically in building and maintaining Segregation of Duties rules and managing access provisioning. Strong understanding of least privilege concepts, access request procedures, and certification processes. Background in supporting audits, maintaining compliance, and documenting SoD controls, violations, and remediation steps as part of daily work. Ability to analyze, understand, and troubleshoot access violations and issues related to Segregation of Duties controls.
