Job Description
Reviews compliance evidence, maintains regulatory documentation, and supports utility compliance activities related to NERC reliability standards. Job Requirements Associate degree or at least 60 college credit hours. 2-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, utilities, energy, industrial operations, or a related field. Experience reviewing and maintaining compliance documentation. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work in a primarily office-based environment. Ability to travel occasionally to project or utility sites. Preferred Skills Experience with NERC reliability standards. Experience supporting electric utilities or power industry compliance programs. Experience developing or updating regulatory procedures and training documentation. Experience performing compliance evidence reviews or audits. Experience tracking project milestones, deadlines, and documentation deliverables. Job Responsibilities Review, organize, and manage compliance evidence and supporting documentation. Maintain program documentation in accordance with applicable NERC reliability standards. Draft and update internal procedures, training materials, and compliance documentation. Track project tasks, deadlines, and compliance deliverables. Participate in routine project and compliance meetings. Perform peer reviews of compliance documentation and evidence. Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, or missing compliance evidence. Report project, schedule, or budget issues to management. Support preparation for compliance reviews, audits, and regulatory activities. Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and project documentation.
