Job Description

Join a growing regulatory compliance consulting firm as a full-time, remote Compliance Analyst supporting electric utility and energy clients across North America. In this client-facing role, you'll partner with organizations to strengthen their NERC compliance programs , conduct evidence reviews, identify compliance gaps, and help clients navigate complex regulatory requirements while building long-term trusted relationships. If you're looking to move beyond an internal compliance role and become a trusted advisor, this is an excellent opportunity. You'll own relationships with multiple client sites, lead compliance discussions, and work alongside a team of experienced industry experts supporting more than 150 utility clients. The team is seeking someone with strong NERC Operations & Planning (O&P) compliance experience who enjoys solving complex problems, building client relationships, and making a direct impact. Contract Duration:
Full-Time (Permanent) Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of NERC Operations & Planning (O&P) compliance experience Experience supporting NERC compliance programs within utilities, power generation, renewable energy, nuclear, or other regulated industries Strong understanding of NERC Reliability Standards Experience conducting compliance evidence reviews, audits, gap assessments, or internal compliance program activities Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience leading client meetings and presenting compliance findings Strong organizational and documentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Desired Skills & Experience Previous consulting experience Experience supporting multiple client sites or business units Internal Compliance Program (ICP) development experience Project management experience Experience developing compliance procedures or training documentation Ability to mentor junior team members What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 40% NERC Compliance & Evidence Review 30% Client Meetings & Regulatory Consulting 20% Documentation, Procedures & Compliance Reporting 10% Internal Collaboration & Project Coordination Daily Responsibilities 75% Hands-On Compliance Analysis & Client Support 5% Mentoring / Project Leadership 20% Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
