This role focuses on post-entry corrections, CBP protests, and non-routine compliance work. Responsibilities Identify, prepare, and follow up on Post Summary Corrections (PSC) in RB Systems Draft and pursue Protests before CBP (19 CFR 174) Support or eventually lead Duty Drawback programs Resolve tariff classification matters and non-routine cases Serve as the direct backup to the Licensed Customs Broker Requirements Broad, demonstrable knowledge of the RB Systems platform 3 to 5+ years of experience in U.S. customs (entry processing, ACE) Direct PSC experience; Protest and Drawback experience a plus Preferred, not required: Licensed U.S. Customs Broker (CHB)
