Full Job Description Compliance Assistant Location:
Plano/Dallas, Texas Employment Type:
Full-Time We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Assistant to support our powersports and golf cart operations. This role will primarily assist with vehicle licensing and regulatory compliance matters, while also providing support for the company's day-to-day legal and compliance functions. Responsibilities Assist with powersports and golf cart licensing, registration, and regulatory filings across multiple states Coordinate and maintain compliance records, permits, and documentation Communicate with state agencies, dealers, and internal departments regarding licensing and compliance matters Support legal department with contract management, document organization, and administrative tasks Assist in monitoring regulatory developments related to powersports, golf carts, and micromobility products Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal compliance tracking materials Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal and compliance team Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Experience in compliance, licensing, legal assistant, or regulatory work is a plus Experience in automotive, powersports, golf cart, or vehicle-related industries is preferred but not required Preferred Skills Familiarity with DMV, licensing, or state registration processes Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
