Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and people-first MLS Compliance & Membership Coordinator to join our team. This role is the central hub of our association, serving as the primary point of contact for our members while ensuring the data integrity, compliance, and smooth operation of our FlexMLS and Supra lockbox systems. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, enjoys database management, and loves providing warm, friendly service to our real estate community. Key Responsibilities MLS Operations, Compliance, & Rules Enforcement Provide front-line tech support and training to members navigating the FlexMLS platform and related real estate applications. Monitor listings daily to ensure data accuracy and strict adherence to MLS rules and compliance policies (including the Clear Cooperation Policy). Maintain and update the MLS's Rules and Regulations to ensure ongoing alignment with the latest National Association of
REALTORS
® (NAR) mandatory compliance and MLS policy changes. Identify data inaccuracies and issue compliance notifications or violations with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy. Assist CEO with system updates, technical transitions, and vendor coordination. Lockbox & Membership Support Receive, review, and process all new membership applications for agents, appraisers, and affiliates, ensuring complete documentation and proper onboarding. Serve as the welcoming face and voice of the association, assisting members with general inquiries, onboarding, and account updates. Coordinate monthly member luncheons, including drafting and distributing luncheon advertising/promotions and managing the check-in desk at the event. Manage Supra lockbox inventory, assist members with eKEY activation, and troubleshoot basic hardware or app issues. Maintain and audit the membership database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date member records. Help coordinate logistics for other member events, education classes, and association meetings. Keep the office running smoothly with general administrative support.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2+ years in an administrative, compliance, database management, or customer service role. Experience with FlexMLS, Supra, Growthzone, M1, a REALTOR® association, or the real estate industry is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
Policy & Compliance Knowledge:
A strong understanding of rule enforcement and a willingness to stay current on evolving NAR guidelines and MLS policy mandates.
Tech-Savvy:
High proficiency with database systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and a knack for quickly mastering proprietary software and mobile apps.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to guide members through technical and application processes gently and clearly.
Detail-Oriented:
A sharp eye for data accuracy and a strong commitment to keeping records clean and rules enforced fairly.
