Job Description:
Partners In Diversity is currently seeking a detail-oriented temporary Labor Compliance Administrative Coordinator to support compliance and project documentation activities. This role will assist with tracking reports, maintaining records, preparing compliance documentation, and supporting project-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities Request and track status letters Track trust fund invoices Prepare and monitor MUER reports Monitor apprentice utilization Maintain compliance documentation Take and organize meeting minutes Prepare pre-liens for jobs Assist with craft onboarding documentation Update and maintain CPR logs Pull CPR reports for jobs Prepare CPRs and enter them into tracking systems Enter information into the LCP Tracker system Enter and submit information into DIR Save subcontractor CPRs into job folders Track subcontractor CPR submissions Qualifications Previous administrative or compliance-related experience in a similar role is required Experience working with reports, tracking logs, or compliance documentation Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours per week
Hours:
7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (flexible) Temporary assignment with the possibility of temp-to-hire
