Job Description

As a Compliance Specialist you will provide key support to our NVR Settlement Services branches. You'll provide detailed focus to meet administrative requirements and abide by regulations governing the title industry. Because you're driven to achieve and dedicated to the growing success of the business, you'll enjoy this hands-on position. Primary Responsibilities Provide support in ensuring that NVR Settlement Services is in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations and NVR corporate standards Track and maintain all required certificates of insurance, operating licenses, and bonds Assist in internal and external audits Prepare and maintain reports necessary for compliance requirements Collaborate with Accounting on outstanding checks and invoice payments Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate Excel experience required Accounting experience preferred Working knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures preferred Previous mortgage title or law office administration a plus Associates and/or Bachelors degree preferred Life at NVR As the parent company of Ryan Homes , NVHomes and Heartland Homes , NVR is a Top 5 US homebuilder and Fortune 500 company that has been helping families build their happily ever after since 1948.
