Ripon, WI Timing:
Summer 2027 Internship Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Intern to support our Engineering team in Ripon, Wisconsin. This internship provides an opportunity to gain exposure to global product compliance processes, certification tracking, document management, and cross-functional collaboration. The Regulatory Compliance Intern will assist with administrative activities, help enhance a SharePoint site to improve access to information for global team members, and contribute to a project aimed at improving the company's certification tracking process. Responsibilities Support day-to-day administrative activities within the Regulatory Compliance function. Assist with organizing, maintaining, and updating regulatory compliance documentation and records. Help develop and improve a SharePoint site that provides global team members with easy access to compliance-related resources and information. Support a certification tracking project intended to improve or replace the current tracking system. Collect information from internal stakeholders and existing resources to support compliance projects and process improvements. Help identify opportunities to improve the organization, accessibility, and accuracy of regulatory compliance information. Communicate project updates and information clearly with team members and cross-functional partners. Provide general project and administrative support to the Engineering and Regulatory Compliance teams as needed. Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business , or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to gather information, ask thoughtful questions, and work through unfamiliar processes. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, document management, or data tracking tools is a plus. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teammates across functions and locations. Interest in engineering, product compliance, project coordination, process improvement, or global business operations.
