Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, growing company in the commercial signage and manufacturing industry that is seeking a Compliance Coordinator . If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy managing documentation, permits, contracts, and compliance processes, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a stable and growing organization. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and submit permits for commercial projects Track permit approvals and maintain project compliance documentation Assist with variance requests and public hearings Manage licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions Maintain employee certifications and compliance records Prepare and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Assist with insurance renewals Review contracts, purchase orders, and agreements for completeness and compliance Maintain third-party compliance databases and customer qualification portals Ensure all required documentation is completed prior to project kickoff Organize records and help improve internal compliance processes Qualifications Experience in permitting, compliance, construction administration, project coordination, contract administration, or a related administrative role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience reviewing contracts or legal documents is a plus Why Apply?
