F& I Manager

We're looking for a results-driven F&I Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in our dealership's success. Facilitate the financing process by working closely with customers to secure appropriate loans Secure financing through lenders and financial institutions Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended warranties, GAP, service contracts, etc.) Review and process credit applications accurately while adhering to regulations. Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility for financing options. Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards and dealership policies. Collaborate with sales staff to optimize deal profitability through effective financing strategies. Accurately prepare and submit all deal paperwork Manage title processing efficiently to ensure timely vehicle registration and ownership transfer. Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Proven experience as an F&I Manager in Auto or Truck Dealerships Strong knowledge of automotive/Truck finance and insurance products Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Proficiency in financial software systems used for loan origination and title processing. Excellent math skills, including basic math calculations Experience in deal structuring, credit evaluation, and contract negotiation. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. High level of integrity and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Familiarity with compliance
