Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and providing menu recommendations. Duties Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take food and drink orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the dining experience. Prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for payment processing. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring proper sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Assist with food preparation as needed, utilizing culinary experience to enhance service quality. Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and orders simultaneously. Experience in sales or upselling techniques to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Background in quick service & fast food restaurants or café environments is advantageous.
