Job Description

We are currently seeking a Credit Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities They will be responsible for all aspects of commercial financial analysis and some light portfolio management duties.
Job description outlined below:
  • Conduct analysis of business financial statements, personal financial statements, individual and company tax returns and cash flows o Enter, update, and at times retrieve applicant financial information o Determine Financial Ratios o Perform cash flow analysis of business and determine risks and mitigates for risk o Evaluate credit worthiness of applicants o Ensure Compliance with Lending Protocols • Support five commercial lenders by providing financial analysis, assisting with credit presentations, portfolio maintenance/monitoring, and customer interactions • Adhere to all company and regulatory credit guidelines and policies • Make sales referrals, suggest alternate channels, and cross sell products and services • Assist (as a backup) with applicable product implementation, monitoring, and maintenance when necessary • Assist underwriting manager with additional items as necessary Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in commercial lending • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products Preferred Qualifications Minimum of Five Years Banking Experience Other Duties as
Needed :
  • Appraisal/ Environmental/ Other collateral valuation Reviews
  • Physical Property Inspection(s) on local collateral properties
  • Responding to Inquiries from Credit Officer, Lenders, and other Senior Leadership
  • Assist with company audits
  • Assist with consumer underwriting on a limited basis Physical Setting This role is in a physical office setting and all candidates must have the ability to work in a normal office/branch environment.
This includes but is not limited to: Ability to sit for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., operate with typical background noise created by being in a customer service office, and some interruptions by other team members.
