Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead project management efforts for a consumer credit card integration program involving card reissue, rebranding, and processing conversions. Manage the transition of existing Visa card portfolios, including current Visa-to-Visa reissuance efforts and future Visa-to-Mastercard conversion initiatives. Oversee dual card processing operations through conversion milestones and critical delivery dates. Coordinate all Consumer and Small Business (SMB) credit card requirements, deliverables, dependencies, and project tasks. Partner with business, technology, operations, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure alignment across workstreams. Provide governance, reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level communication throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as the central point of coordination for all CorServ-related initiatives, ensuring work is properly tracked, aligned, and free from redundancy. Identify downstream impacts to related workstreams and proactively manage dependencies and mitigation plans. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications while ensuring adherence to timelines and project objectives. Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Consumer Credit Card Integration and Conversion Program within a banking environment. This individual will play a critical role in managing the integration of credit card operations, overseeing card reissue and rebranding initiatives, and coordinating activities across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with credit card processing, card reissue programs, and financial services project management. Experience supporting credit card programs, including: Card reissue initiatives Credit card rebranding projects Card processing platforms and operations Portfolio conversion efforts Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of consumer credit card products and operational processes. Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration management office (IMO) initiatives. Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard network conversion processes. PMP, Agile, or other Project Management certifications. Experience working with CorServ credit card programs or similar third-party card servicing platforms.
