This role exists to manage the follow-up load. These tasks can include chasing insurance, corresponding with funding sources, and perfecting titles. This role ensures no deal in the pipeline stalls, preventing delays in other job functions. The Finance Administrator also serves as the quality-control gate for documentation accuracy. This seat is an auditor, with errors returned to the originating Finance Specialist, who remains accountable for submitting error-free documents. Essential Job Responsibilities Support the Finance Specialist team's efficiency through loan/lease preparation, certificate of insurance, and titling of equipment Provide an exceptional customer experience via all communication methods, both internally and externally Service customer accounts post-funding to provide an exceptional customer experience Streamline processes (titling, insurance, document requests) for quality control and improvement Collaborate efficiently with Trinity teams to ensure customers are taken care of in a timely fashion Minimum Requirements At least 2 years of experience inequipment finance, commercial lending, or titling / DMV documentation High school diploma or GED equivalent; associates degree or higher is a plus Experience using Microsoft or Google Suite applications Professional written and verbal communication with customers, dealers, agents, and funding sources Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspace applications, including eSignature platforms Bilingual in Spanish preferred Experience with CRM, Hubpsot preferred
Pay:
