POSITION SUMMARY
\n This position will assist the corporate credit manager as directed to help ensure company goals are met, policies are followed, receivables are collected timely and bad debt write-offs are maintained at an acceptable level. \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
\n \nMake employment decisions and/or recommendations on hiring, improvement plans, transfers, promotions, corrective actions, pay adjustments, etc.\n\n \nListen to, respond to and address employee concerns.\n\n \nCoordinate and manage the work of employees by directing members of the team to meet the area's goals. Audit regularly to ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered to.\n\n \nFacilitate employee growth and development through weekly team meetings, regular individual employee meetings, coaching, training, and company-offered learning opportunities.\nManage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews. Recommend, plan and/or implement employee training and skill development activities.\nAudit, maintain and ensure employee time-keeping and absentee records are accurate.\nManage and improve departmental performance measures through use and interpretation of continuous improvement tools.
