Job Description

Description:
The Leasing Credit Administrator is a hands-on, collaborative team member responsible for facilitating the initial stages of the credit evaluation process. In this role, you will manage incoming credit applications, prepare files for underwriter review, and serve as an initial point of contact for department communications.
Requirements:
Essential Responsibilities Enter new lease transactions into Vision with precision and accuracy. Make and field broker phone calls. Train brokers on Vision software data entry. Complete credit reference requests. Monitor incoming communication to the credit department. Assist underwriters with any extra projects or tasks. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Competencies & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation. Good interpersonal and written communication skills via primarily phone and email. Impeccable attention to detail. Ability to multi-task. Strong customer service skills. Ability to proofread, research, verify and identify discrepancies in new transactions. Highly competent computer capabilities including Excel, Word, Web-based applications, Adobe, etc. Data entry experience preferred .
