Key Responsibilities Manage/track the overall flow of credit files to ensure that they are moving timely through the credit process Review all new Bids and General Contractor orders. This includes carefully reading the contract language, terms and conditions. Oversee outside leasing transactions and ensure all paperwork is done timely Oversee the set-up of new customer portals and completion of customer forms. Oversee customer write offs and bankruptcy paperwork Skills Required Strong verbal and written communication skills Credit analysis Analytical thinking Decision-making Sales/Customer Focus Risk management Leadership
