  • Springfield Essential Job Functions Demonstrate Legacy Bank and Trust corporate values in all situations and interactions.
Underwrite and prepare LIHTC loan proposals for loan committee discussion. Review and produce renewal and modifications to existing credits. Periodically assist with loan reviews / annual cash flows of borrowers. Assist with the updating and annual maintenance of loan files to ensure the most current financial information has been obtained. Help coordinate various credit functions for the bank such as preparation for loan committee and upcoming regulatory exams. All tax credit underwriting related action including compliance support. Regularly attend and present information as necessary at all loan meetings as requirement by management. Complete all required training as well as ABA assigned courses. All other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies The applicant must possess the following skills and requirements: Excellent verbal skills The ability to handle multiple functions at the same time Quick independent decision-making skills Positive attitude and highly motivated Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience Education and Experience Equivalent of a high school diploma, college degree preferred. Tax Return Analysis Experience Prior experience as a credit analyst is preferred.
Physical Requirements Onsite Position Seeing :
Must be able to see well enough to see computer screen and read documents ( 75-100% of work time spent on activity ).
Hearing :
Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors, and employees ( 75-100% of work time spent on activity ).
Sitting :
Must be able to sit for long periods of time ( 50-74% of work time spent on activity ).
Standing/Walking :
Must be able to move about office ( 25-49 % of work time spent on activity ).
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling :
Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up paper products or materials (0-24 % of work time spent on activity ).
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing :
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds ( 0-24% of work time spent on activity ).
Grasping/Feeling :
Must be able to write, type and use technical equipment ( 75-100% of work time spent on activity ).
