Job Description

Position General Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Market President on the credit portfolio to include assisting with monitoring of loans and market trends, loan administration, loan structuring and loan committee guidance. This position will assist the Market President with providing development and training of loan officers in the market to include development in credit analysis, underwriting, approval, new business development and overall credit administration. Support the local Northwest loan committee by acting as a co-vice chair of the committee.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, finance, agricultural business or equivalent education/work experience.

A minimum of fifteen to twenty years previous lending experience to include analyzing credit requests, collateral analysis, obtaining and monitoring government guarantees, budget monitoring, proper structuring and pricing of commercial loans and collections. Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with others.

Solid understanding/knowledge of SBA and MBOI lending programs.

Proven aggressive history of solid business development and strong sales abilities.

Strong desire to increase Stockman Bank market-share by developing networks and contacts, community involvement and participation and diligent work ethic.

Demonstrated ability to provide information in concise verbal and written formats.

Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Dimension of Job:
Work with Market President and lenders to develop new/existing banking relationships. Assist junior lenders in their administration of individual loan portfolio.
