Full Job Description Tax Credit Property Manager Locations:
Edmond, OK & Stillwater, OK Experience:
Minimum 2 years of property management experience We are seeking an experienced Tax Credit Property Manager to oversee the operations of two separate properties located in Edmond and Stillwater, Oklahoma . The ideal candidate will have strong property management experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a solid understanding of LIHTC/tax credit housing requirements . Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned tax credit properties Ensure compliance with LIHTC and applicable housing regulations Oversee leasing, resident relations, collections, and property operations Coordinate property maintenance and vendor relationships Maintain accurate resident and property records Monitor occupancy, budgets, and property performance Communicate effectively with residents, owners, vendors, and team members Ensure properties are maintained in a professional and compliant manner Qualifications Minimum 2 years of property management experience Tax credit/LIHTC experience strongly preferred Knowledge of affordable housing compliance and regulations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Mileage reimbursement Excellent company benefits package 401(k) retirement plan Additional benefits available through the company If you're an experienced property management professional looking for a rewarding opportunity with a company that values its employees, we'd love to hear from you!
