Job Description

I am currently working with a rapidly growing, analytics-driven consumer finance company looking for a Senior Director who will own strategy and performance for key lending channels, including captive and digital partnerships. This role combines analytics, credit strategy, and business development to drive growth and profitability. Your responsibilities include developing partnerships, managing credit aspects, assessing loan returns, and growing the channel. The role will oversee a small team of three to four analysts. The ideal candidate should have at least eight years of experience in consumer credit analytics, proven leadership experience managing teams and external partnerships, a strong technical foundation in SQL and Excel. This is a highly visible role with significant impact on business performance and growth. Key Responsibilities Define and execute strategic vision for assigned channels, including pricing, credit performance, and growth initiatives. Manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to optimize channel performance. Oversee credit and decisioning frameworks, reporting, and operational processes. Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality analysis and execution. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement technical and operational improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in consumer credit analytics (auto, card, or similar). Proven leadership experience managing teams and external partnerships. Strong technical skills (SQL, Excel) Ability to conceptualize and execute strategy in a dynamic environment.
