Full Job Description Temporary Credit Analyst Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Monday-Friday, 5 to 6 hours/day,

Orem, Utah - In Office About MITY Inc. MITY Inc. is a leading manufacturer of commercial furniture and seating solutions headquartered in Orem, Utah. About the Role MITY Inc. is seeking a temporary Credit Analyst to provide coverage from approximately mid-September through mid- December 2026. This position evaluates the creditworthiness of business and individual customers requesting credit terms. The Credit Analyst reviews financial and credit information, supports decisions regarding credit limits and payment terms, and assists with accounts receivable activities. This could be an excellent opportunity for a business, finance, or accounting student seeking practical, hands-on experience. The position may also qualify for internship credit, depending on the requirements and approval of the student's school or academic program. What You'll Do Review customer credit applications, financial statements, credit reports, and related information. Evaluate the financial stability and creditworthiness of business and individual customers. Recommend appropriate credit limits and payment terms. Prepare credit reports and communicate findings to management. Maintain accurate customer credit files and account documentation. Assist with deposits, account reconciliations, and accounts receivable reporting. Work with internal departments to follow company credit policies and resolve account questions. Provide additional support to the Finance team as needed. What We're Looking For You have an interest in finance, accounting, or business and a basic understanding of financial concepts. Relevant coursework or experience with credit, accounts receivable, or account reconciliation is helpful but not required. You are organized, dependable, willing to learn, and attentive to detail. You communicate clearly and understand the importance of handling financial information responsibly. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning new software and financial systems. Training will be provided. Schedule and Assignment This is a Part-Time, temporary, in-office position located in Orem, Utah. The schedule is flexible, 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. The assignment is expected to begin in mid-September and continue through mid-December 2026.
