This role plays a critical part in managing credit risk, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings a balance of financial acumen, sound judgment, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities Assist in evaluating customer creditworthiness through financial statement analysis, credit reports, and payment history Support the management of credit limits and terms in alignment with company risk tolerance Monitor accounts receivable aging and partner with internal teams to drive timely collections Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes Prepare regular credit and collections reports for leadership review Maintain accurate customer credit files and documentation Collaborate with sales and operations teams to balance growth objectives with risk management Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations Qualifications 3+ years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable Management or lead experience a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Familiarity with credit insurance, lien rights, or secured transactions Exposure to process improvement or automation initiatives Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
